Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love Terroir. If you are not satisfied with your subscription to Terroir Reserve, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Terroir purchases. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or contact our support team inside the app and we will help arrange it.

After the 30-day period

After 30 days, refunds may still be granted on a case-by-case basis for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service issues. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Free trials

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you decide Terroir Reserve is not for you after billing begins, the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
